Okay not really- I know absolutely nothing about being a nurse.
I do think I take great care of people when they are sick though :)
But what's a girl to do when her man is in bed when she gets home at 5:30 & hasn't moved because he feels so sick?
Oooo oooo I know! Feed him nyquil, EAT in bed, read blogs, play draw something, EAT some more, watch the voice, oh & maybe top it off with eating almost 1/2 a pint of bluebell butter crunch all.by.myself!
Half a pint NOT half a gallon phew I'm not that fat.
Have you tried this icecream? Oh my goodness. It's butterfinger heaven. Vanilla icecream with chunks of butterfingers YUM! I had to stop myself.
I sort of have a weakness for icecream & chocolate & sweets.
How do I cut this horrible habit & cravings out? Helloooo needing to fit into a wedding dress soon. 7 months to be exact.
Why do I love food & why do I have no motivation to hit the gym?
Speaking of food- last night I made this pretty legit meal I'm not gonna lie.
My mom recommended this- it was super cheap, fast/easy & yummy!
In case you don't feel like going to the link you will need:
-Boneless chicken breasts
-Mayonnaise (I used light-not so greasy)
-Parmesean cheese
-Italian style bread crumbs (I used panko because they are crispier)
If you are like me- most of these things are already staples in your kitchen.
Who doesn't love a cheap meal & avoiding a trip to the store just to spend over $100? Gets me every time dang Walmart!
I didnt follow the measurements in the recipe because I decided to coat both sides with the cheese/mayo/breadcrumb mixture.
I pounded the chicken to make it thinner because A) it cooks faster & B) it makes a much larger chicken breast so you don't eat as much.
My eyes are bigger than my stomach...okay maybe not. I can eat more than Chris sometimes, is that bad?
Mix the mayo & cheese in a bowl then just spread on both sides with a spoon.
You can then sprinkle or coat however many breadcrumbs you want on both sides as well.
Cook at 425 degrees for 20 minutes & add whatever sides your little heart desires! Then waaaaaalaaaaa!
Easy huh? We had tons of leftovers. Enjoy!
